Regulation (EU) 2023/988 has three clearly defined zones. GPSRCheck is the right tool only for one of them. Check which category your product belongs to before you buy.
For these categories GPSRCheck is the right tool. Art. 9 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 is the main documentary basis and the software generates the full file.
Art. 2.1.b of the Regulation. For these categories a sectoral Directive or Regulation is the main legal basis. GPSR applies only residually. GPSRCheck is not the right tool — you need the technical file under the sectoral norm.
Art. 2.2 of the Regulation. These products are completely outside the scope of GPSR. No SolidwareTools software works for them.

GPSRCheck is JavaScript running on your device. There is no server processing, no database, no storage. PDF generation happens locally and you download it directly. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the generator still works. GDPR by design, not by claim. No self-service competitor offers this.
The document you download does not depend on any active subscription. In three years it is still valid without paying another euro. We guarantee that the document structure follows Art. 9 of the Regulation and that the cited legal references are correct. We do not guarantee that any specific file will be accepted by a market surveillance authority in a specific case, or by a commercial buyer in a supplier qualification process.

GPSRCheck is digital content delivered through download of the PDF generated in your browser. Under Art. 16(m) of Directive (EU) 2011/83 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your express consent. Generation of the PDF constitutes the act of delivery of the product.
Technical-fault refund: if the software fails (generator error, PDF that does not download, reproducible bug), we refund in full by sending a screenshot of the error to hello@solidwaretools.com within 14 days of purchase.
