This website markets CRACheck, a software tool that generates technical documentation for products with digital elements under Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act), from the information provided by the user.

3. Conditions of use

Access to and use of this website implies acceptance of these conditions and of the Terms and conditions, the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy and the Refund policy.

The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the website and of the products purchased.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All website contents, including texts, source code, form structure, templates, the format of the generated PDF documents, the SolidwareTools™ and CRACheck brands, logos and graphic design, are the intellectual property of the owner. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without authorisation is prohibited.

5. Liability

The owner is not responsible for damages arising from interruptions or failures of the website beyond the owner’s control, from telecommunications failures, or from decisions taken by the user on the basis of the generated documents. The generated documents are produced from the data entered by the user, who remains responsible for its accuracy and for compliance with the applicable obligations. The website and the generated documents do not constitute legal advice.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence, in accordance with Article 90.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
