The problem

European SMEs face 47+ active directives. Three options. None of them work.

€2,000–10,000

Consultants charge a fortune

And take 2–6 weeks to deliver something you needed yesterday. Beyond reach for most SMEs.

€200–500/mo

Enterprise SaaS lock-in

Designed for large corporations. Long onboarding, monthly subscription, features you don't need.

€0

Free generators are useless

Produce a generic paragraph that doesn't survive an inspection. No structure, no citations, no value.

The portfolio

One tool per directive. One-time payment. Done in 15 minutes.

Every tool generates a structured legal document compliant with the referenced EU regulation. Organised in three tiers by complexity and buyer profile. No subscription, no consultant, no waiting.

Tier 1

Operational — individual decision

€29–49 · one-time

For solo founders, indie brands, small exporters and distributors. Urgent, concrete compliance problems with short buying cycles. The two tools below are live and selling today.

Tier 2

Strategic B2B — SME compliance manager

€149–199 · one-time

For SME compliance managers, legal counsels of exporters with 30–100 SKU catalogues, and procurement teams with EU accounts. Regulations with strategic impact on supply-chain and market access decisions.

Tier 3

High-stakes — AI & cybersecurity

€249–399 · one-time

For CTOs, CISOs, compliance officers of tech companies, and providers of high-risk AI systems. Regulations where a documentation failure can mean fines in the millions or product removal from the EU market.

How it works

Three steps. Same flow for every tool.

1

Fill in the guided form

10–15 minutes of structured questions. Company data, scope, declarations. No legal background needed.

2

One-time payment

€29 to €99 per document depending on the tool. No subscription. Instant license key by email via Gumroad.

3

Download your PDF

Structured document referencing the EU directive, ready to send to clients, regulators or your legal team.

Why SolidwareTools

The mid-market gap nobody else fills.

Between expensive consultants and useless free generators, there was nothing serious for SMEs. Until now.

When a regulation changes, we update within 48 hours. Not weeks, not next quarter. When the European Commission published the CRA draft guidance on 3 March 2026, our tools reflected the changes by 5 March. When a delegated act modifies an annex, our generators are updated before most law firms have finished reading the document. Every tool cites the exact article in force at the time of generation. If the law moves, we move faster.

Who we are

A European boutique for European compliance.

SolidwareTools is a European technology studio specialized in EU compliance documentation. Every tool we build implements the official harmonized templates published by the European Commission, with technical content sourced directly from EUR-Lex and from the national supervisory authorities.

Our principle is what we call the iron armor: every figure in every report comes from a verifiable official source. Every fine cites its law article. Every deadline cites its publication in the Official Journal. Every authority is named and linked to its public registry.

We work in Spain, we build in HTML, JavaScript and CSS, and we ship browser-side tools that respect your data by never receiving it. The result is a technical product that does in 15 minutes what manual drafting takes weeks to produce — and it does it the same way every time, with full traceability to the source regulation.

Frequently asked

Questions buyers actually ask.

What is SolidwareTools?
SolidwareTools develops self-service software tools that help SMEs and global sellers comply with recent European Union directives. Each tool generates a structured legal document in 15 minutes for a one-time payment.
Who is SolidwareTools for?
Three audiences: European SMEs needing to comply with EU directives, professional advisors and law firms serving multiple clients, and non-EU sellers (USA, China, India, Turkey, UK) selling products to the EU market through Amazon, eBay, Shopify and other marketplaces.
Are the documents legally valid?
Yes. Every document is structured according to the official harmonized templates published by the European Commission for the cited directive or regulation. Each fine, deadline, authority and procedural reference comes directly from EUR-Lex and the national transposition gazettes — no interpretation, no estimation, full traceability to the source. Buyers use these documents to respond to client requests, support tender bids, brief their legal teams, and serve as the documentary backbone of their compliance file.
How is my data handled?
All processing happens 100% in your browser. No personal data is transmitted to any server. This is GDPR-native by design, not by claim. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool still works.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every tool is a one-time payment per compliance document. No monthly fees, no auto-renewals, no commitment. The downloaded PDF is permanent and yours forever. Each license covers one product reference with a 30-day edit window and up to 10 regenerations to fix data or update details. After that, the license closes — but the PDF you already downloaded stays valid indefinitely.
Can I use these tools for my clients as an advisor?
Yes. Professional users (gestores, law firms, consultants) buy licenses per client and use the tools to deliver structured compliance documentation faster than manual drafting. Volume discounts available on request — contact hello@solidwaretools.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital products are governed by Art. 16(m) of Directive (EU) 2011/83 on consumer rights. By activating the license in the generator and expressly confirming PDF generation, the buyer consents to the downloadable digital content nature of the product and waives the right of withdrawal. No refunds for change of mind once the license is activated. Refunds are accepted for reproducible technical failures (generator error, PDF that does not download, verifiable bug) by sending a screenshot of the error to hello@solidwaretools.com within 14 calendar days of purchase.
How often is the legal content updated?
Whenever the underlying regulation changes — new transposition, new sanctioning regime, new technical standard, new enforcement guidance. Updates are free for buyers; the latest version is always available with the same license key.
