Can I edit the generated documents after downloading?

The licence includes 30 days of editing. During this period, you can re-enter the generator, modify your inputs and regenerate documents up to 10 times. After 30 days, the downloaded PDFs are yours to keep permanently.

Is the generated documentation accepted by notified bodies?

CRACheck generates documentation structured per Annex VII. Notified bodies review the content against CRA requirements. The structure is correct — the content quality depends on the accuracy of your input data. Notified bodies assess the content, not the tool that generated it.

Can I try CRACheck before paying?

The free CRACheck classifier is available at /cracheck/checker-en.html. It determines your product's classification without payment. The full 8-document generator requires the €149 licence.

Is this a subscription?

Can I request a refund?

Pursuant to Art. 16(m) of Directive (EU) 2011/83 on consumer rights, by activating the licence you give express consent for the immediate generation of the digital content, waiving the 14-day withdrawal period. Refunds are accepted only for reproducible technical failures.
