Reg (EU) 2024/1689Generate dossier — €249

Your European clients are going to ask for AI Act documentation. Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 requires them to use high-risk AI systems in accordance with the provider's instructions. Those instructions come from your Annex IV documentation. If you haven't produced it, they can't comply.

Legal portals have regulatory scanners. Turkish law firms have published analysis. CE Partners has a PDF guide. All of them explain the regulation from the Turkish provider's perspective. None of them address the practical question: what happens when your European client — the bank in Amsterdam, the recruiter in Berlin, the insurer in Paris — asks for your Annex IV dossier. They will ask because Art. 26 obliges them to. AICheck generates the 12 PDF documents in 45 minutes. €249. Have the dossier ready before the email arrives.

European clients and AI Act compliance: the numbers

Art. 26 requires EU deployers to use high-risk AI systems in accordance with the provider's instructions of use. No documentation from you = no compliance for them.

Art. 13 requires providers to design high-risk AI systems to enable deployers to interpret the output. The Annex IV documentation is the vehicle. The deadline is 2 August 2026 — after that date, EU deployers will be audited.

Art. 26
EU clients must use high-risk AI with provider's instructions. No docs = no compliance for them.
Art. 13

Mistakes Turkish companies make with the EU AI Act

ERROR COMÚN

"Our European client hasn't asked for documentation yet"

Yet. Article 26 obligations for deployers enter into force on 2 August 2026. Once active, deployers of high-risk AI systems must ensure the provider has met Art. 11. Procurement and compliance teams are already preparing vendor audits. The request will come. Having the dossier ready is a competitive advantage.

ERROR COMÚN

"We signed an NDA with our EU client — that covers compliance"

An NDA covers confidentiality. It does not cover AI Act compliance. Article 11 requires specific Annex IV documentation — architecture, training data, metrics, risk management, human oversight. An NDA is a commercial agreement. Annex IV is a regulatory obligation. They solve different problems.

ERROR COMÚN

"Our EU client said they will handle compliance on their end"

Your EU client handles their deployer obligations under Art. 26. They cannot handle your provider obligations under Art. 11. The provider must produce the technical documentation. The deployer must use the system in accordance with it. These are separate obligations for separate parties.

Documentation vs. classification and representation

● CAPA 1

What AICheck does

Generates the 12-document Annex IV dossier per system. 45 minutes. €249. Provider obligation under Art. 11.

∅ CAPA 2

What AICheck does NOT do

Before documenting, classify each system (Annex III), determine whether you need an authorised representative in the EU (Art. 22), and verify any customs union implications for your product category. This is your company's legal work. AICheck documents each classified system.

We document. You classify and appoint the representative.

What AICheck guarantees and what it does not

AICheck generates a document structured under Article 11 and Annex IV of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 based on the information you enter. The truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of that information is your responsibility as provider of the AI system.

We guarantee that the document structure follows Article 11 and Annex IV of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and that the legal references cited are correct as of the latest verification date. We do not guarantee that a specific document will be accepted by a market surveillance authority in a specific case, nor by a commercial buyer in a procurement process.

AICheck is not legal advice. For specific situations, consult a lawyer or specialised regulatory consultancy.

Frequently asked questions — European clients and AI Act documentation

What exactly will my EU client ask for?
Your EU client, as a deployer under Article 26, must use high-risk AI systems in accordance with the provider's instructions of use. They will ask for evidence that you have produced Annex IV technical documentation covering architecture, training data, metrics, risk management and human oversight. The 12 PDFs generated by AICheck are that evidence.
Can I share the full Annex IV dossier with my client, or does it contain trade secrets?
You control what data you enter into AICheck. If certain architectural details are trade secrets, Annex IV, Section 8 allows you to provide summary information to deployers while retaining the full technical detail for the supervisory authority. Discuss with your legal team what level to share commercially.
What if my EU client is in a regulated sector (banking, insurance)?
EU clients in regulated sectors face additional scrutiny from their own supervisors (EBA, EIOPA, national authorities). They will require your Annex IV documentation not only for AI Act compliance but also to satisfy their sectoral supervisors. Having the dossier ready is doubly important for financial and insurance clients.
Is there a risk that EU clients switch to EU-based vendors to avoid compliance complexity?
Yes, that risk exists. EU clients may prefer vendors who already have documentation ready. Producing your Annex IV dossier removes that concern. It signals to EU clients that you take compliance seriously and that working with a Turkish vendor does not add regulatory risk. Documentation is your equaliser.
Is this a subscription?
No. One-time payment. The licence includes 30 days of editing and 10 regenerations. The downloaded PDF is yours to keep.
Can I request a refund?
Under Article 16.m of Directive (EU) 2011/83 on consumer rights, by activating the licence you give express consent for the immediate generation of the digital content and waive the 14-day withdrawal period. Refunds are accepted only for verifiable reproducible technical failures.
What if the regulation changes?
If the regulation changes during the validity of your licence, you may regenerate the document with the updated version of the generator at no additional cost.
