Legal portals have regulatory scanners. Turkish law firms have published analysis. CE Partners has a PDF guide. All of them explain the regulation from the Turkish provider's perspective. None of them address the practical question: what happens when your European client — the bank in Amsterdam, the recruiter in Berlin, the insurer in Paris — asks for your Annex IV dossier. They will ask because Art. 26 obliges them to. AICheck generates the 12 PDF documents in 45 minutes. €249. Have the dossier ready before the email arrives.

Art. 26 requires EU deployers to use high-risk AI systems in accordance with the provider's instructions of use. No documentation from you = no compliance for them.
Art. 13 requires providers to design high-risk AI systems to enable deployers to interpret the output. The Annex IV documentation is the vehicle. The deadline is 2 August 2026 — after that date, EU deployers will be audited.
Five steps from identifying your EU-bound AI systems to documented compliance.
Yet. Article 26 obligations for deployers enter into force on 2 August 2026. Once active, deployers of high-risk AI systems must ensure the provider has met Art. 11. Procurement and compliance teams are already preparing vendor audits. The request will come. Having the dossier ready is a competitive advantage.
An NDA covers confidentiality. It does not cover AI Act compliance. Article 11 requires specific Annex IV documentation — architecture, training data, metrics, risk management, human oversight. An NDA is a commercial agreement. Annex IV is a regulatory obligation. They solve different problems.
Your EU client handles their deployer obligations under Art. 26. They cannot handle your provider obligations under Art. 11. The provider must produce the technical documentation. The deployer must use the system in accordance with it. These are separate obligations for separate parties.
Each AICheck licence generates a ZIP with 12 PDF documents for one AI system. For 10 systems you need 10 licences and obtain 120 documents in total.
