Plan Be Eco has published a guide. FeedbackFruits has written about implications. Online tools offer risk classification. Other platforms have compliance overviews. All of them explain what you need to do. None of them generate the documentation. Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 requires the provider to draw up technical documentation in accordance with Annex IV — 9 sections covering architecture, training data, performance metrics, risk management and human oversight. AICheck generates 12 PDFs in 45 minutes. €249. Browser-side.
€249 one-time payment per system · 12 PDF documents in ZIP · 45 minutes · 100% in your browser
Annex III, Section 3 covers three classifications in education: admission (3(a)), assessment (3(b)) and proctoring (3(d)). Three ways your EdTech product can be high-risk.
€249 per system. Compare with €10,000–€30,000 for a compliance consultancy. 12 PDFs per system, one dossier per classified module.
Five steps from classification to documented compliance for your proctoring system.
Guides from Plan Be Eco, FeedbackFruits or Compliance platforms explain the requirements. They do not produce the documentation. Article 11 requires a technical documentation dossier per Annex IV. A guide is information. The dossier is the legal deliverable. They are not interchangeable.
Risk classification tells you whether your system is high-risk. Documentation is what you must produce once you know it is. Classification without documentation is an incomplete process. The obligation under Art. 11 is documentation, not classification.
Annex III, Section 3 explicitly names education and vocational training. It lists three specific use cases. There is no grey area for admission algorithms, assessment tools or proctoring systems. If your AI system does any of these three things, it is classified. The Regulation is clear.
Each AICheck licence generates a ZIP with 12 PDF documents for one AI system. For 10 systems you need 10 licences and obtain 120 documents in total.

Generates the 12-document Annex IV dossier for your proctoring system. 45 minutes. €249. Provider obligation under Art. 11.
Before documenting, confirm your proctoring system falls under Annex III, Section 3(d) and that your risk management system (Art. 9) is in place. That is your internal work. AICheck documents the system once classified.
We document. You classify and manage risk.

Each AICheck licence documents one AI system. If your platform contains an assessment engine, a proctoring module and an admission algorithm, those are three systems — each needs its own dossier. Write to us for a Volume Pack.
