You are a testing laboratory — physical testing, chemical analysis, mechanical durability, EN standard compliance. Your clients send products for testing and then ask: "Can you also prepare the GPSR technical documentation?" Regulation (EU) 2023/988 requires manufacturers to carry out an internal risk analysis and draw up technical documentation under Article 9(2). The test data is already in your hands. If you add structured GPSR documentation to every test report, the service doubles in value. GPSRCheck Professional Pack: 70 licenses, €999 one-time. 8 structured PDF documents per product. Generated in your browser in 20 minutes.
€999 · One-time · 70 dossiers · 8 PDFs each · Your data never leaves your browser
You already test 80+ products per year. You already have the product data, the test results, the applicable standards. The only thing missing is the structured GPSR documentation that turns a test report into a complete compliance file.
GPSRCheck Professional Pack is built for testing professionals who want to add structured GPSR documentation to their existing service offering — turning test reports into complete compliance packages.
Three inputs. Four answers. No signup required.
Every license generates a complete GPSR technical documentation package. Each document cites the specific article of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 it complies with. The lab delivers these PDFs alongside the test report.
Internal risk analysis per Art. 9(2)(a). Systematic assessment of possible risks and solutions adopted to eliminate or mitigate them.
General description of the product and its essential characteristics relevant for assessing safety. Art. 9(2) complete structure.

A test report demonstrates conformity with a specific EN standard. Article 9(2) of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 requires a separate technical documentation package — internal risk analysis, general product description, list of standards applied. If the lab delivers only the test report, the client must find another provider for Art. 9(2) documentation. That provider will offer testing and documentation together next time.
A cover letter, a product summary, or a free-text risk description is not the structured technical documentation that Article 9(2) requires. Market surveillance authorities expect a document that maps to the regulation — general description, risk analysis, applicable standards, safety measures. An ad-hoc format creates liability for the lab and for the client.
The lab has the product data, the test results, the applicable standards, the risk profile. Everything needed to generate Art. 9(2) documentation is already in the test protocol. Not offering structured documentation as an add-on service is leaving revenue on the table — revenue that another provider will capture.
8 structured PDF documents per product. Internal risk analysis, safety assessment against Art. 6(1) aspects, product and manufacturer identification, responsible person declaration, distance sales sheet. Generated from input data in 20 minutes. Article-by-article traceability to Regulation (EU) 2023/988.
Mechanical testing, chemical analysis, flammability assessment, EN standard conformity evaluation, sample preparation. These are laboratory services. GPSRCheck documents the product safety posture — it does not test the product.
GPSRCheck structures and documents. The laboratory tests and certifies. The two layers together form the complete compliance file.
Regulation (EU) 2023/988 has been applicable since 13 December 2024. These are the consequences for non-compliance.
Article 44 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988. Each Member State defines the penalty amounts applicable to economic operators and providers of online marketplaces. Penalties must be effective, proportionate and dissuasive.
Article 9(8). When a product is found to be dangerous, the manufacturer must immediately take corrective measures — including withdrawal or recall — and inform authorities through the Safety Business Gateway.
Article 26. Dangerous products are notified through the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System and published on the Safety Gate Portal — visible to all consumers, competitors, and marketplace operators across the Union.
The clients face these consequences. The laboratory offers the documentation that prevents them — alongside the test report.

GPSRCheck generates a structured documentation package according to Article 9(2) of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 from the information that the user enters. The truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of that information is the responsibility of the manufacturer — or of the laboratory entering data on their behalf.
We guarantee that the document structure follows Article 9(2) of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 and that the legal references cited are correct as of the latest verification date. We do not guarantee that a specific document will be accepted by a market surveillance authority in a specific case, nor by a commercial buyer in a procurement process.
