You Build Interactive Kiosks in India for Airports, Hospitals and Retailers Across Europe. Your Client Needs the Software Accessibility Report Before the Next Shipment.

You manufacture interactive kiosks in Noida, Bangalore, Pune or Chennai — self-check-in terminals for airports, patient registration for hospitals, wayfinding for shopping centres, queue management for government offices. Your European client deploys them across Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Nordics. Since 28 June 2025, Article 2.1(b) requires accessible interfaces. Your client is legally responsible — but cannot comply without documentation from you. EAA-Report generates the WCAG 2.1 AA self-assessment of your kiosk's software interface in 15 minutes. €149. Hardware requirements need separate assessment.

Directive (EU) 2019/882 Art. 2.1(b) self-service terminals EN 301 549 V3.2.1 WCAG 2.1 Level AA
⚠️ Hardware vs software scope

This report covers your kiosk's software interface: screen UI, touch interaction, navigation flow, content structure, contrast, assistive technology compatibility. The physical hardware requirements of Annex I Section I of Directive 2019/882 require a separate hardware accessibility assessment that EAA-Report does not provide.

The procurement clause Indian kiosk manufacturers are seeing in 2025

European airport operators, hospital groups, retail chains and government agencies have added EAA accessibility clauses to kiosk procurement contracts. New terminals after 28 June 2025 must comply from day one. If you ship without the software accessibility report, the client either delays deployment or switches manufacturer.

FAQ — Indian kiosk manufacturers

Does this report cover the hardware?
No. Software interface only. Annex I Section I hardware requirements need separate assessment.
My client is in Germany. Does this satisfy the BFSG?
The BFSG references EN 301 549 V3.2.1 and WCAG 2.1 AA. This report evaluates against those exact criteria.
Does the EAA apply to me as an Indian manufacturer?
Not directly. Your European client is obligated. They require documentation from you by contract.
Can I use one report for all deployments with the same software?
If all use the identical software build and UI, one assessment covers the platform. Custom versions should be assessed separately.
How long does it take?
About 15 minutes. 17 criteria, structured answers, PDF in your browser.
Is this a certified audit?
No. Structured self-assessment. Not legal advice, not a third-party audit.

⚠️ Important notice: EAA-Report is a self-assessment documentation tool, not legal advice and not a third-party audit. The document is generated from your input data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. EAA-Report does not replace a qualified professional assessment.
